Terms & Conditions – Lombok Local Tours
1. Introduction
Welcome to our Lombok tour booking platform (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and any tour reservations in Lombok, Indonesia made through it.
By using the Website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Role
- The Website is a booking and reservation platform only.
- We do not process payments through the Website.
- All tours listed are operated by independent third-party tour providers in Lombok (“Operators”).
- We are not a tour operator or travel agency, unless explicitly stated for specific tours.
3. Scope – Lombok Area
The Website is focused exclusively on tours and activities located in Lombok and surrounding islands, including but not limited to:
- Lombok mainland
- Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air
- nearby marine parks and snorkelling/diving locations
- Mount Rinjani National Park and surrounding trekking routes
4. Eligibility
To make a reservation, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- provide accurate contact information
- have legal capacity to enter into a contract
5. Booking Process
- A reservation request is submitted when you complete and send the booking form through the Website.
- Reservation confirmations are subject to availability and acceptance by the Operator.
- You will receive confirmation via email or messaging app once accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservation requests.
6. Payments
- The Website does not accept or process payments.
- All payments, deposits, and outstanding balances are handled directly with the Operator in accordance with their own policies.
- Any payment disputes must be resolved between you and the Operator.
7. Prices and Tour Information
- All tour descriptions, itineraries, durations, inclusions/exclusions, and prices are provided by Operators.
- Information may change due to weather, government regulations, sea conditions, or operational requirements.
- We do not guarantee that all information will be error-free or continuously updated, though we aim to keep it accurate.
8. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Changes
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Operator.
- It is your responsibility to review Operator policies before completing your reservation.
- No-shows may result in loss of deposit or full payment, subject to Operator rules.
- We are not liable for costs resulting from cancellations or itinerary changes.
9. Lombok-Specific Risks and Conditions
Tours in Lombok and surrounding islands may involve:
- boat transfers and sea travel
- snorkeling, diving, and water activities
- hiking and trekking (including Mount Rinjani)
- wildlife encounters
- tropical weather conditions
- uneven terrain and limited medical facilities in remote areas
By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept that:
- activities may involve inherent risks
- weather and sea conditions can change rapidly
- emergency response times may vary by location
- you participate voluntarily and at your own risk
We strongly recommend travel, medical, and activity insurance.
10. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- evaluate your own physical fitness and health for the activity
- comply with safety instructions from guides and Operators
- obtain required permits where applicable (e.g., Mount Rinjani) if not handled by the Operator
- carry valid travel documents and insurance
- respect local laws, culture, and environmental regulations
You are responsible for your own personal belongings during tours and transfers.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indonesian law:
- we are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from any tour or activity
- we are not responsible for acts, errors, or negligence of Operators, guides, boat captains, drivers, or other third parties
- our responsibility is limited to facilitating communication and reservations through the Website
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Environmental and Cultural Responsibility
By booking a Lombok tour, you agree to:
- avoid damaging coral reefs and marine life
- not collect shells, coral, or wildlife
- dispose of waste responsibly
- follow local customs and dress codes where applicable
- respect sacred and protected areas
13. Force Majeure
We and Operators are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
natural disasters, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic activity, government restrictions, epidemics, extreme weather, and transportation disruption.
14. Privacy
Your personal data will be used to:
- process booking requests
- communicate with you
- share necessary information with Operators

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia after reasonable attempts at amicable resolution.
